MoodQueen Refund & Returns Policy

At MoodQueen, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This page explains how refunds and returns work.


1) 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First Order)

If you’re not completely satisfied with your first purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of delivery—no questions asked.

2) Returns for Subsequent Orders

For non-first orders, contact our team at info@moodqueen.com to discuss available options. We handle these on a case-by-case basis.

3) How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email info@moodqueen.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) and receive the return address.
  2. Package items securely to avoid damage in transit.
  3. Ship the item to the address provided in your RA email.
    Note: Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  4. Returns must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.

4) Refund Conditions & Exclusions

  • Products must be returned in resellable condition (unused, unopened, original packaging).
  • No refunds for:
    • Claims that our patches treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions (our products are cosmetic/well-being items only).
    • Allergic reactions or sensitivities to ingredients.
    • Personal variation in results or effectiveness.
    • Misuse, improper storage, or use contrary to instructions.

5) Refund Processing

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you about approval or rejection within 3–5 business days.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days (timing may vary by bank/card issuer).

6) Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email info@moodqueen.com within 15 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a prompt replacement or refund.

7) Time Limits

  • General returns: within 30 days of delivery.
  • Damaged/incorrect items: report within 15 days of delivery.
  • We’re unable to process requests made after these periods.

8) Shipping Issues & Reshipments

For delays or non-delivery, contact info@moodqueen.com. Where appropriate, we may provide a prepaid label, reship the product, or offer a partial refund.

9) Liability Cap

Our total liability for any refund or return claim is limited to the purchase price of the affected item(s). We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

10) Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.
